This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (Italian). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in Italian / English language, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.

Qualifications-

– Strong customer service skills and experience
– Fluency in Italian and English ( C1 Certification in Italian is preferred)
– Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers
– Good problem-solving skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work well in a team
– Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
– Any Graduate
