We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader for an international BPO in Thane. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a minimum of one year of experience in leading teams within international customer support and sales.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer support and sales representatives. Your role will involve monitoring team performance, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and driving the achievement of targets and goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience as a Team Leader in international customer support and sales.
  • Graduation degree is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of customer support and sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts.
